It will be hard yet nice to take some time off of the regular regimen. No speed workout for 2+ weeks and off the regular schedule. Extremely appropriate 'break' prior to the initiation of training for Chicago marathon.
I will have to ensure I get SOME good running in as I will be eating lots o good food and drinking some phenomenal wine.....
This running will be maintenance - all in preparation for the rigor of Chicago training...3:30 is the goal - or breaking 3:30 :)
